The Iraqi University of Science received an official delegation that included Dr. Haider Al-Saadi, Head of the National Permanent Committee for Community Awareness and Guidance at the Prime Minister’s Office, along with Lt. Gen. Dr. Saad Maan, Head of the Security Media Cell in the Joint Operations Command.

They were welcomed by the University President, Prof. Dr. Qasim Nayef Al-Mihyawi, Mr. Karrar Nadhim Al-Dibaisi, and the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Mousa Al-Moussawi. During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of strengthening community awareness and guidance programs within the university environment.

This visit comes as part of efforts to support initiatives aimed at spreading community awareness and promoting a culture of responsibility through the role of academic institutions in shaping informed thinking capable of addressing challenges and contributing to society.

Both sides also discussed ways to cooperate in delivering awareness initiatives that support students and enhance their role in shaping a more aware and stable society.
