Iraqi University of Sciences Holds Awareness Workshop on AIDS Prevention and Transmission Speed

The Iraqi University of Sciences held an awareness workshop titled “Prevention of AIDS and Speed of Transmission,” organized by the Continuing Education Division in cooperation with the University Psychological Counseling Division, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance health awareness among students.

The workshop was presented by Dr. Huda Younis Saleh from the Health Center in Al-Iskan, and Dr. Majed Brisam, Director of the University Psychological Counseling Division. It covered important topics related to methods of disease transmission, prevention strategies, and the importance of health education in limiting its spread.

The workshop witnessed active engagement from attending students, who showed clear interest in the information presented, emphasizing the importance of such events in building responsible health awareness within the university community.
