Out of 44 teams representing the university's departments in the student championship, four teams proved their mettle and secured their places in the semi-finals after outstanding competitions characterized by enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

The following teams qualified for the semi-finals:

• Department of Oil and Gas Economics

• Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

• Department of Medical Physics

• Department of Dentistry. The championship was exceptionally well-organized under the supervision of the Sports Activities Department, with Professor Ghanem playing a prominent role in its success and ensuring it reflected the spirit of competition and cooperation among the students.
